Escalation matrix (admin)
As a P1/P2 fault stays unresolved (hold time excluded), the system escalates level by level — emailing each contact and logging it on the ticket. Edit contacts and timings here; changes apply from the next 10-minute check.
SLA targets (admin)
Response = time to first acknowledgement; Restore = time to resolution (hold time excluded). The watchdog checks every 10 minutes and emails the NOC on breaches.
